Timeslots

If your audition consists of multiple initial rounds, Timeslots are your lifesaver! With Timeslots, you can effortlessly manage various groups for your first round or set up private slots for individual auditions/castings.

Select Timeslots #

When wanting to create Timeslots, make sure to select ‘Allow selected candidates to book timeslots’ in Step 4 or 5 (depending on whether it’s an Open or Closed Call)

Set Your Timeslots & Locations #

Setting up a timeslot begins with specifying the date and location, followed by adding multiple slots. Each slot can be customized in terms of timeframe and capacity, allowing you to create distinct first-round groups across different dates and locations.

Please note: In the upcoming months, we will be introducing the feature of setting rules for your timeslots. With Rules, you’ll have the ability to, for instance, ensure that applicants within the same age range book the same timeslot. Another example is creating a more balanced gender distribution within each timeslot for group auditions.

Let Applicants Book Timeslots #

For Open Auditions/Castings, applicants can directly reserve a slot during the application process. With Closed Auditions/Castings, invited applicants receive an additional notification to book their timeslot.

View Timeslots in Rounds #

Easily track applicants who’ve booked a timeslot for your audition or casting rounds. Simply navigate to the “Rounds” section on the opportunity page and click “View Round” to access a list of all attending candidates.
